AI Zoom Calls w/ Fathom
I’ve been speaking to many PMs in the last two weeks. I needed a way to record the Zoom calls and give me transcriptions + summaries.
A perfect use-case for AI.
That being said, most products utilize AI to do the summaries, so they pay a hefty API fee to the AI provider they use (e.g. OpenAI).
This means you usually have to pay for a product like this.
After a fair bit of searching, I came across a great product called Fathom, which apparently has little to no limits on transcriptions or summaries.
You just install, connect it to your Zoom account and everything goes automatically from there.
It’s great because now I can be fully present and completely forget about taking any notes. Fathom takes care of it.

Multipreneurship
Community is all the buzz lately. I think it’s amplified by knowledge workers increasingly working from home.
Communities can give a sense of belonging. You can find one little sub-niche of the internet and geek out with other nerds (on x topic) as you 🙂
Greg Isenbreg uses community building as a way to build businesses.
You start on social, building an audience. Then you try and turn that audience into a community.
Next, you experiment with a product that might solve a pain point for the community.
Keep experimenting until you reach product-market fit.
I’m fascinated by this model and would love to experiment with it in the future.
I built an 8 figure holdco based on this funnel
And I did it without raising $1 from venture capitalists
I call it the "Multipreneurship funnel"
This little funnel changed my life:

Easiest small business to start
I’m a big fan of the My First Million Podcast. They do a great job at mixing comedy with their hot takes on making it in the business world.
This episode was a little different than usual. They analyzed a bunch of businesses that were run by only one or two people but worth millions.
I timestamped it at exactly the part where they go over the easiest to recreate businesses. Spoiler alert, selling information 😉
